Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of Phoenix Syntax and its members. Phoenix Syntax  at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

1. Registration fees are not refundable in any circumstances

2. Your Phoenix Syntax account will be terminated in the below mentioned cases:

• If you do not post any ads or at least 100 ads for 3 consecutive months.
• Do not reported the link of the previous month's ad or which is already reported previously.
• If you are posting Ads on auto traffic, autosurf and autoclick generating websites.
• If you are altering and pasting the Ad matters without intimating us and without our permission.

3. In case we found you are using any software, or manipulating details, or altering Ad matter or doing any harmful/illegal activities that can generate more money then your membership ID will be immediately terminated without any prior notice.

4. Ad Posted Report should be sent only on 30th of every month. No other dates will be considered.

5. Membership ID is not transferable in any circumstances.

6. Report of a month can not be carry forward for the next month.

7. E-mail ID for Ad posting work will be provided by the company and the same has to be used.

8. Members are not supposed to change e-mail ID or Password during the membership period also should not share password with others. Violation of this will lead to immediate termination of membership ID.

11. At any point of time company can change the rate plans without any prior notice.

12. Ads wrongly posted will not be considered and no payment will be made for the same.

13. Payments will be calculated for valid and correctly posted ads only.

14. Working date starts from 1st to 30th of every month.

15. Every month Payment will be Released before 15th of every month.

16. Members must provide correct bank details like account name and account number with postal address of the branch and IFSC Code. Company will not be responsible for payment in case any wrong information provided by members.

17. Company must receive Bank account details within five working days of payment date. Otherwise payment will be considered for the next cycle.

20. Do not post ads in a similar type of cloned websites. For Example there are few classified websites which has got the same design and features with just different colors installed on 100's of other domains. So, Kindly do not post on such websites, if posted those links will not be considered and will not be taken into account.

21. Kindly do not use your personal details while posting an ad in the free classified websites like, your mobile number, email address.

24. Any doubt in reporting should be sent to Phoenixinfotechindia@gmail.com before payment date.

25. "Terms and Conditions" can be changed as per company requirements at any time.

26. Before starting work please clear all your doubts later on dispute related to above mentioned points will not be entertained.

Your information collected is solely for the use of Phoenix Syntax and will not be sold to any other company.
